The long history of the estate begins in Roman times<\/strong>; over the years the property developed into a productive farm and elegant residential villa where, since 1500<\/strong>, artists<\/strong> and prominent personalities<\/strong> of the time used to stay, such as Andrea Della Robbia<\/em>, illustrious ceramists and sculptors, and Giovan Vettorio Soderin<\/em>i, agronomist and author of the first treatise on Sangiovese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
