Florence is known to be the capital of the “Renaissance” <\/strong>and so, in 2021<\/strong>, the restaurant was again able to renew<\/em> itself thanks to an interior design that mixes velvets and wallpapers, concrete and iron, crystal and carpet, with furnishings of every era, from the 30s to the 70s, giving life to a truly unique dreamlike and floral world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n We wanted to create a place always able to arouse new emotions: every day here, in fact, we make something different happen, conceived to reach the hearts of our guests.<\/p>(Manfredi family)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n A space of over 1500 m2 <\/strong>on three floors<\/strong>, designed for a new idea of immersive and international conviviality by the Claudio Nardi Architects <\/strong>studio with the collaboration of Matteo Crociani<\/strong>, where its various souls coexist in harmony: the bar<\/em> & cocktails area<\/em>, in the right aisle of the venue with an independent entrance, the two central galleries where you can find the bistro<\/em>, the emporium of design objects<\/em>, the bookshop<\/em> and the flower boutique<\/em> and, further down, divided by a wall of masonry arches, the restaurant<\/em>. From there, you enter the elegant private room<\/em> with a round table and an open kitchen boasting a chef’s table<\/em> for fine dining treats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On the lower floor, there is the Gentlemen’s Club<\/em> with a pool table <\/em>and cigar room<\/em>, perfect for after dinners in the style of the 40s, while on the first floor we find a business lounge <\/em>perfect for small meetings and events.<\/p>\n\n\n The cuisine is orchestrated by the Turin chef Nicholas Duonnolo<\/strong> with Luca Cinalli<\/strong>‘s signature cocktails<\/strong>, both with international experiences, from London to Bangkok via Monte Carlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With these premises, La M\u00e9nag\u00e8re is truly a place to live all day, from breakfast<\/strong>, with its exquisite poached eggs and pancakes, to a quick lunch<\/strong> up to dinner<\/strong> with more structured dishes such as grilled beef fillet with smoked eggplant and parmesan sauce or ricotta and spinach gnudi<\/em> (dumplings) with pecorino<\/em> cheese and black truffle.<\/p>\n\n\n The concept store <\/strong>and the bookshop<\/strong> are just beautiful, offering a distillation of what is cool around the world: like the “Fashion Show” book series, from Chanel to YSL, curated by internationally renowned editors such as Tim Blanks and Suzy Menkes, to the tea cups with the inscription “Gin” by Yvonne Ellen, up to the home fragrances of the handcrafted perfumery Aquaflor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Today, it is, in particular, Ernesto Manfredi<\/strong>, son of the founders who gave life to this place, one of the most beautiful in Florence, who is dedicated to creating unique emotions<\/strong> for his guests every day, be they an improvised piano concert, a course of calligraphy or a new floral installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is a detail that has never changed since 2015: it is the gigantic convivial table, located in the left aisle from the entrance, which has been made from centuries-old oak boards with a diameter of almost 4 meters.
