In the charming Sant\u2019Ambrogio neighborhood of Florence, Teatro del Sale was created in 2003 by Fabio Picchi, patron of the Cibr\u00e8o world, and the famous actress Maria Cassi, with the idea of \u200b\u200bcombining theater, good food and shows of all kinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabio Picchi<\/strong>, Florentine chef<\/strong> and patron of the Cibr\u00e8o<\/strong> world that began in 1979 with the restaurant of the same name, and his partner, actress Maria Cassi<\/strong>, created the Teatro del Sale to unite all their passions: art<\/strong>, food<\/strong>, and theater<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A multifaceted place among the most beloved in Florence and Tuscany, the Teatro del Sale is a cultural club <\/strong>and meeting place, where its members – access to services requires an annual membership card with which you can participate in all activities – can enjoy the double spectacle of a good dinner and live performances.<\/p>\n\n\n

The theatre is a free zone of life, there, one is immortal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Today, Giulio Picchi<\/strong>, one of the three sons, illustrator<\/strong> and artist<\/strong>, has taken up the baton of Fabio, who passed away in 2022. He is the creator of many of the posters hanging in the theater. Today, he manages the entire Cibr\u00e8o world, which is made up of the restaurant<\/strong> and caf\u00e9 Il Cibr\u00e8o<\/strong>, the trattoria Il Cibr\u00e8ino<\/strong>, the Teatro del Sale <\/strong>and the Cibleo<\/strong>, a Tuscan-oriental bistro, all located nearby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Five nights a week, after dinner, the lights go out and you can watch live shows by international artists, a stage where members can listen to music or watch performances of all kinds, see productions that then tour Italy, Europe, the world: music<\/strong>, dance<\/strong>, acting<\/strong>, but also readings<\/strong>, gastronomic performances<\/strong>, festivals<\/strong>, talk shows<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

From Tuesday to Saturday, Circo-lo is open to members starting at 7:30 pm with the dinner-show<\/strong> formula, the famous “Cena da Urlo”<\/strong>. In the kitchen, the same philosophy as the Cibr\u00e8o world: food rich in taste<\/strong> and substance<\/strong>, memories and passions, simple to understand, based on sustainable farms <\/strong>and companies and local gardens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exclusively during concerts, it is also possible to access the “Circo-lo Live” <\/strong>formula, which allows you to enter later, only for the show, and with mandatory consumption at the bar.<\/p>\n\n\n

On Saturday or Sunday, the appointment is with the Brunchone<\/strong>, a cross between a brunch and a big lunch made up of many tasty and genuine courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resulting from the merging of several ancient houses, the site of the theatre is part of the ancient convent of Malmaritate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
