The menu, always evolving, reinterprets with taste and creativity the cornerstones of Tuscan cuisine<\/strong>, such as tagliolini<\/em> with porcini mushroom powder, black truffle and burrata<\/em>, spiced up by some stimulating fusion touches that give pleasant surprises to the palate, such as Cinta Senese ravioli<\/em> with Chianti mustard and soy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
