Inaugurated in 2012 and completely renovated in 2023 when it received its fifth star, the boutique hotel Number Nine, a stone’s throw from the Medici Chapels and the Duomo, offers 40 rooms and suites characterized by an original décor that makes each one different from the other. The hotel hosts also House of Nine, the first members’ club in Florence, and Daisy’s Restaurant which offers top-level dinner shows with international guests.

The interiors were personally curated by Ginevra Moretti who blended her personal taste with inspirations from exotic travels and references to Florence’s aesthetic heritage.
Dedar fabrics and original wallpapers, hand-designed ceramics, Simmons beds, and Diptyque fragrances define the spaces, while the elegant marble bathrooms reflect a sense of contemporary luxury.
Guests have access to a fully equipped Spa & Wellness area featuring state-of-the-art treatments, Chinese reflexology paths, and a medical spa with professional doctors. The wellness area also includes a private Home Theater, where guests can enjoy films and performances in 4K for a truly complete relaxation experience.
The members’ club House of Nine offers exclusive services to its members, such as a gym and a Beauty Clinic, as well as private dinners and musical events. Inside, you’ll find Daisy’s Restaurant and the Orientalist Cocktail Bar – both also open to external guests – renowned for their refined food and wine offerings and spectacular musical evenings with performers from around the world.
Nine Bistrot, on the other hand, is reserved for hotel guests and open daily for lunch.

The Secret
The number nine is a mystical one, associated with the circles of angels. Beyond its symbolic meaning, it has always held special significance for the Moretti family, who, by chance, purchased the hotel located at number 9. And so, the name House of Nine was born.
